Your role will be to lead a small team of broiler service representatives and provide technical services and advice to Bartter Enterprises Contract Broiler farm managers throughout South-East Queensland.

To be effective in this role you will need to have previous broiler service and leadership experience, have a positive attitude, a mature approach to teamwork and have a proven ability to work productively, without constant supervision.


Essential requirements are:

• Broiler service experience
• Leadership experience
• Well developed verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
• Pro-active approach to OH&S requirements
• Current Driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Qualifications in Agricultural Science are desirable but not essential.
