Reporting to the National Food Service Sales Manager, your role will be to execute Sales and Marketing plans, identify growth opportunities and manage our product range through our food service customers throughout the Victorian market. This also involves the direct management and development of Foodservice sales representatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate and maintain the highest standards in quality, presentation, food and personal safety and be responsive to our customers needs. This will involve liaising with customers including, major 5 star hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools and distributors.
Your skills and attributes will also include excellent sales and people management competencies, a proven sales track record, advanced time management skills and an understanding of food safety issues.
Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills backed by strong organisation and problem solving skills are essential.
