Bartter Enterprises is committed to operating in an environmentally aware and responsible manner. Bartter's products, processes and practices endeavour to minimise the impact on the community and environment.

Bartter Enterprises will openly communicate with government bodies and the community on environmental issues, and as a minimum requirement, implement management programs to comply with State and National environmental legislation, and any other environmentally orientated regulations relevant to the business.

Bartter Enterprises has implemented as standard practice throughout the business, a number of recycling and waste minimising programs and continues to research and expand its knowledge of new processing, packaging and farming practices that underpin Bartter’s environmentally aware policies.

In Griffith where the main farming and processing operations are located, Bartter has undertaken an extensive tree planting program as part of its environmental commitment, to protect local wetlands and generally contribute to the visual appeal of the community.
